The redevelopment of the shed #18 of the Reggiane, a cornerstone of the Reggio Emilia Innovation Park, is completed.

The project by Architect Andrea Oliva, carried out by the Allodi company (Parma), transformed the historic “caldareria” (the workshop in which large iron tanks were built) of the Officine Meccaniche Reggiane into a contemporary technological hub, erecting new buildings within the historical building.

174 meters long, 45 wide, 3 aisles of different heights, 28 hot-riveted steel portals, these are the numbers of the colossus that has been totally restored: not only the building but also the stains, the murals, the imperfections, all the signs of the times, which constitute the memory of the place, work and life of the Reggiane.
